Export Support Service NINJA（忍者）：Basic transaction procedure

A member registers a buyer on the buyer management screen of the "member site."
5 to 50 buyers can be registered depending on the plan a member has signed up for.
When a member registers a buyer, a unique ID and password are issued and sent to the buyer via e-mail.

Sending recommended vehicle information from a member to a buyer

A buyer can search for vehicles on their own, while a member can also search for vehicles and send recommended vehicle information to a buyer. Furthermore, a member can automatically send recommended vehicle information to a buyer immediately after a vehicle meeting the conditions is consigned.
(To send recommended vehicle information automatically, a member must register vehicle conditions beforehand. )

Order or inquire about vehicles

When a buyer registers a price at which they want buy a vehicle or makes an inquiry, a message is sent to the member and the vehicle appears on the List of "Under negotiation with me" on the member site.

Process order receipt

A member checks the vehicle in the List of "Under negotiation with me" and if there are no issues with the transaction, processes an "order receipt."
A vehicle marked "order received" appears on the List of "Received orders".
It is also reflected on the "buyer site" and the buyer can see that the vehicle order has been received.
* Simultaneous registration to "bookmarks" in the CIS Information Service is possible.
* For vehicles on the Vehicle management list, a member can leave notes by using the "Memo registration" function.

Bid

A member bids for a vehicle they have received an order for. Bidding is to be implemented as usual at a real auction site or at CIS Internet Live using Limit Price or other functions.
* Using the List of "Received orders", a member can check "Vehicles ordered by buyer" in a list format.
* Registration of bookmarks through NINJA to CIS will ensure a member never forgets to bid!

After bidding is finished

When bidding is finished, the bid result appears in the NINJA Vehicle management list, and a member can check whether their bid was successful or not.
The member is to process the transaction with the buyer in a suitable manner depending on the result.
After bidding is finished, a member can use NINJA's "message function" to smoothly process a transaction with a buyer.
* Information on contract price or bid result (successful or not) is not disclosed to a buyer.
