Registration process

There are two ways to register:
(1) Registration online from the CIS Information Service (PC version)
(2) Registration using the registration form (paper)

* If you register online, you can start using the service immediately after you register.
If you register using the registration form, you can start using the service within two days after the registration form arrives at our company at the latest.

(1) Registration online via the CIS Information Service
(PC version)

Log onto the CIS Information Service using the CIS administrator (master contract) USB key.
From the top menu screen, go to Membership Information -> Service Registration and follow the procedures.
* Alternatively, you can follow the registration procedures from the NINJA special banner.

(2) Registration form (paper)

Fill out the registration form, placing your seal thereon, and return it to ＣＩＳ.
